Determination!

My dear, sweet Emma Grace.

You know how much Mommy and I thank God for bringing you to us 13 years ago. The blessings continue for us every day and your big brothers have become better young men because of what you mean to them. Always know that we all love you unconditionally.

God has given you spiritual gifts of strength, determination, creativity and a loving spirit. Always thank God for those and ask him to help you use them to make you the best follower of Christ and leader you can be.

No matter what you do or how you do it, know that both God and your family completely accept you for who you are. Nothing will ever change that. You are a chosen child of God.

A verse to always keep in mind comes from Proverbs 3:5-7.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Emma Grace, may God continue to bless you and may his light always shine upon you.
